What we put into our furniture and cribs, determines what you get out of them. At Natart Juvenile we pay great attention to how our products are constructed and what materials are used. Greenguard Certified, Children & SchoolsSM Certification Program
All of our products, from cribs to furniture, are Greenguard Certified for extremely low VOCs (Volatile Organic Compounds) and other harmful chemicals.
On all cribs
All cribs and furniture are made from 100% Solid Wood - birch, beech or oak.
Our high resistance finishes are applied in a multi-step process to reduce scratchability.
All drawer interiors are finished with either a clear-coat varnish or paint in order to reduce dust accumulation.
All drawers are joined by either English Dovetail or French Dovetail which prevents the drawer front from separating from the drawer box.
All large drawers (26"+ inches) have wood stabilizer bars which help support the drawer bottoms and provide overcharge support.
We use commercial grade, adjustable locking drawer glides imported from Austria. These glides are used in high-end kitchen cabinets and carry a lifetime warranty. The glides endure a performance test cycle of 100,000 openings & closing with a 75 lb. weight placed in the drawer.
All of our furniture pieces have a full bottom dust cover which prevents dust entry and reinforces their structure.
All of our back panels from armoire to nightstand are recessed and encased like a picture frame and also screwed on which reinforces the unit's structure.
We go above and beyond by complying to the voluntary safety standard ASTM F-2057 and provide 2 leather wall anchor safety straps with all furniture items over 30". When properly installed, these straps should prevent the tipping over of furniture if children pull or climb on it.
