FAQ

How Long does it take to receive the furniture?

Lead-time will vary dependent on the collection ordered. Our average lead-time is 8–12 weeks from our factory in Princeville, Canada. Afterwards, depending on where the retailer is located, delivery to the store can take from a few days up to two weeks time.

Is the finish used safe?

All of our finishes are lead-free and non-toxic. All finishes have been tested and passed by independent, third party testing facilities in the United States. We are also certified for air quality (very low VOCs) on all cribs and furniture under the GREENGUARD Children & Schools Certification Program.

What standards does Natart Juvenile conform to?

All of our products conform to current ASTM & CPSC standards. We are also Greenguard GOLD certified for air quality for our cribs, beds and furniture. Please refer to our Safety Standards section under the Consumer Support link.

Why are the safety labels on my furniture so hard to remove?

Government regulations require us to securely adhere safety labels to all of our cribs.

My furniture arrived damaged, how can I order a replacement part?

We do our best to ensure all of our products are packaged and shipped with care. If one of your items has arrived damaged, please contact the retailer where you made the purchase and they will assist you in ordering any replacement parts.

Will the wood of the products crack over time?

We pay close attention to the way we build our products to ensure their quality. In order to avoid cracking and splitting of our products, we produce our big and long components with solid wood slices glued together. The end result is a “sandwich” of solid wood that will not crack or split.

Why do some pieces have a nuance in color?

Our products are made of real wood, so no two pieces are ever perfectly identical. When working with natural materials, there is some natural coloration to the wood that we can’t completely get rid of unless we paint it in a solid color (i.e: white). This can result in a very slight difference in shades of color in the different pieces of a product. This difference is usually not noticeable or is very minimal.
